The world of fiber arts is vast! There are so many things we can do with yarn and fiber - weaving, spinning, dyeing, punch needle, felting, knitting, crochet, felt applique, and more! Our goal is to help you on your journey, wherever that may lead. Just as there are many topics to cover, there are many different options for learning. Attend a free Stitch 'n Bitch, Soup & Social, or Spinning Circle where you can bring a project and work alongside other crafters. Sign up for a workshop and learn something new. Or schedule a private lesson if you need a little extra attention.
Some classes are geared toward skill-building such as those at a beginner-level. Others are about creating an item such as the felting or punch needle classes. Each month we aim to offer certain classes including beginner level knitting, crochet, and needle felting. Other topics are alternated such as punch needle, weaving, and advanced topics. We encourage student-led instruction, so if you want to knit a hat but aren't sure where to start, we can schedule a time for that! Please note that we do not schedule many intermediate level workshops. If you are hoping to gain additional knowledge and assistance with a specific project, simply reach out for private instruction.
